When ubuntu 17.1 first starts IT OPENS AUTOMATICALLY IN KODI. When you
try to exit Kodi and start using the PC it doesn't allow you even after
keying in the right password it goes back into Kodi in a vicious circle.
I removed kodi and that solved the problem.
