Public bug reported:

I am trying to dual boot Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10 on my Gigabyte, Amd 8 core
cpu, 8 gb of ram, 4 gb of gpu, ats build. I have been trying for 8 hours to
install, I have tried two usb's and Same result: Click "Install Ubuntu" then it
goes to a screen showing errors, then blacks out shows the ubuntu loading logo,
I press "Esc" to see what's going on in the background, it is failing to login
and change password to 0600, and has a bunch of I/O read and write errors and
at the end fails to boot, then I get redirected to the installing it, I have to
choose when selecting where to install, "something else" and made a swap
partition that is 8gb and the actual area where Ubuntu is going to be installed
(40 gb) on the same drive of windows 10 but I partitioned it, then I continue,
sometimes I can get to "choose your location" and then it shows a error saying
something about bad hard drive/Cd Rom, Then I have repeated this for a while
now. Hopefully I can figure it out, but I'm about to completely over run it
over windows 10, not to sure yet. Thanks
