Resolved, but I can close the bug, the problem were 2 dkms.conf from
nvidia packages and one was empty... I replaced the empty file and
worked...
In spanish: el problema fueron varios dkms.conf, lo pude resolver
empezando a revisar y borrar archivos vacios, entonces ahi aparecio el
error de que "no existia el archivo", encontre que habia dos archivos
dkms de nvidia, copie el completo en el vacio y listo
