However, I cannot upload this package to Ubuntu -- can't this just be synced from Debian? Both packages are readily available from Debian Sid. (golang-github-alecthomas-chroma 0.3.0-1 and hugo 0.37-1). I'm not familiar with the Ubuntu Freeze process, but I had hoped that there's just a "manual sync" necessary.
