[Rationale] pyxs is a dependency of rax-nova-agent [Security] There are no outstanding nor historical security issues. Upstream already acted upon the issue and it will be resolved by next upstream release. The package will be maintained by the Foundations Team. [Background] Description: Pure Python 3 bindings to XenStore.
