Ah, that's bug #1750087 then.
If you upgraded straight from 1:5.4.1-0ubuntu1 to 1:5.4.5-0ubuntu0.17.10.4
(without the intermediate 1:5.4.5-0ubuntu0.17.10.1 update), then the apparmor
profiles haven't been disabled. That's known, another update is being prepared
to address this. In the meantime, if you want to use the KDE dialogs again, you
can do the following:
sudo ln -s /etc/apparmor.d/usr.lib.libreoffice.program.*
/etc/apparmor.d/disable/
sudo apparmor_parser -R /etc/apparmor.d/usr.lib.libreoffice.program.*
