Something went wrong when the release upgrader was trying to create a
sources.list file for your upgrade. I suspect the problematic lines in
your original sources.list file are the following:

 57 deb https://apt.dockerproject.org/repo/ ubuntu-trusty main
 58 # deb-src https://apt.dockerproject.org/repo/ ubuntu-trusty main
 59 
 60 # Need for lilyterm
 61 deb http://debian.luna.com.tw/trusty ./
 62 deb-src http://debian.luna.com.tw/trusty ./
 63 
 64 deb http://www.fbriere.net/debian stable misc

Please comment those out and try the upgrade again.
