I've updated the packages:
dpkg -l|grep r-op
ii network-manager-openvpn 1.8.0-3
amd64
ii network-manager-openvpn-gnome 1.8.0-3
amd64
Problem is SOLVED. Fields 'User certificate' and 'User private key' are
not damaged upon saving anymore.
