After trying to reproduce this bug on Xubuntu 18.04 (with a V 15.0 kernel),
there is a very good new :
No more bug on my Asus T101HA-GR030T about the micro SD cards management :
All the types of 32 GB micro SD cards i tested (SANDISK, SAMSUNG, TOSHIBA) are
recognized at OS-INIT and works fine even if dismount and remount.
Unfortunately, on the same computer, the bug about sound card is worst :
"Impossible to connect to Pulse audio server". Then NO SOUND for now.
