According to the output of sane-find-scanner above that idProduct does not
match your scanner. What happens is you add the following line to
/etc/udev/rules.d/45-libsane.rules:
SYSFS{idVendor}=="05da", SYSFS{idProduct}=="30d4", MODE="664", GROUP="scanner"
