ALL APPLICATIONS EXHIBIT THIS BEHAVIOR
Mostly on boot, all applications which are opened do not have the
typical borders which can be grabbed, no minimize, maximize or close
icons and are not responsive to any Menu selections. All packages which
are opened exhibit this behavior and can not be closed. Reboot is
required to fix and almost always works. Today the behavior was normal
on boot and one or two applications were opened and used typically, but
upon trying to reopen one of the already used applications, the no
border, no response behavior returned. An identical bug was reported
by another user and confirmed by me but it applies to a Netbook remix
package.
