Public bug reported:

The last version pulled before the debian import freeze (0.12-1)
unfortunately had some issues that made the unit tests fail randomly.
Thus, the builds didn't go through. I am happy to announce that the
issues were resolved in 0.12-3 in debian testing, and would be grateful
if that version also came with the next ubuntu release.
