"Do other keybinding work?" --- YES they do work, only the "custom shortcuts" are affected, but ALL of them (I have only 2 custom shortcuts).

I had no possibility to check it, because I had only two cold boots since the last "Mar 12 08:47:22" occurence of the problem, and the both vere error free.
