it seems like gnome-shell; or something that calls into gnome-shell;
have trouble with sqlite:
journalctl -b -e | grep -e gnome-shell -e org.gnome.Shell.desktop | grep
sqlite
has a lot of:
org.gnome.Shell.desktop[24475]:

error 1, errno 0: cannot start a transaction within a transaction, sql:
BEGIN TRANSACTION
and similar. My current boot has 66 of them, with only 10h of uptime.
I do suspend and resume.
