Please find attached a debdiff applying the upstream patch and necessary packaging adjustments. While this is expected in the next upstream release, that is not expected to happen in time for bionic, making this change useful to adopt in advance of Debian, but only for release scheduling reasons (as Debian is better served by an updated git snapshot in due course).
