The reverse bisect reported the following commit as the fix, but I'm
doubtful since its and i915 commit:

drm/i915: Do not sync RCU during shrinking
We may have went wrong somewhere in the bisect. However, just to be
sure, I built a v4.12-rc4 test kernel. This kernel should be bad and
contain the bug. If it does not, it may be due to the configs I'm using
to build the test kernels.
My v4.12-rc4 test kernel can be downloaded from:

Can you test that kernel and report back if it has the bug or not?
