This is running through deja-dup on start-up. The command that it's using is:
sh -c "ulimit -v 1000000; exec 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/deja-dup/deja-dup-monitor"

Not sure if this is what you want but this is what 'free -m' shows.
free -m
              total        used        free      shared  buff/cache   available
Mem:           7912        4373         415         145        3123        4241
Swap:          8127           0        8127
