** Patch added: "debdiff of the changes" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/budgie-desktop-environment/+bug/1756565/+attachment/5082671/+files/changes.debdiff
** Description changed: Window Shuffler is a new capability exclusively for Ubuntu Budgie that the team has had in development for a number of months but due to time- pressures we could not complete with sufficient quality and testing exposure by the Feature Freeze date. It brings more flexible GUI and keyboard window tiling ability to the budgie-desktop. We have now completed development of this and would like to expose this new capability as part of our default install for 18.04 LTS. ---- Testing: This has been tested on both our minimal install and full install via our test PPA https://launchpad.net/~ubuntubudgie-dev/+archive/ubuntu/bde/+packages Upgrade of existing users as well as creating new user accounts both have been tested and confirm to work correctly. Testing also included upgrading from 17.10 to 18.04 Risk: minimal. The changes are in budgie-desktop-environment which is a package not used in any other desktop environment except for Ubuntu Budgie. - Attached is the pbuilder build log file as well as the install log from - the built PPA. + Attached is + 1. the pbuilder build log file + 2. install log from the built PPA. + 3. debdiff of the changes ** Changed in: budgie-desktop-environment (Ubuntu) Milestone: None => ubuntu-18.02 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1756565 Title: [FFe] Add Window Shuffler support to Ubuntu Budgie To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/budgie-desktop-environment/+bug/1756565/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
