Test Case:
1. Install 17.01 and apply all updates
2. boot the ISO of Ubuntu Desktop 18.04
3. Launch the install and in the partitioning step, select Upgrade from 17.10 
to 18.04
4. Proceed with the rest of the installation

Expected result
The system upgrades successfully to 18.04
