Public bug reported:
In the Icon tab of the xfdesktop-settings interface, the
`<b>Appearance</b>` label is mistranslated to `<b>外觀<b>`, causes missing
formatting and wrong text displayed as in the attached screen-shot
depicts.
This bug has now been fixed upstream, it would be great if Ubuntu pulls
it in as well.
This bug is verified to affect Ubuntu 16.04(xenial), not sure if other
releases are affected.
