Public bug reported:
1)
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 17.10
Release: 17.10
2)
$ apt-cache policy gnome-sushi
gnome-sushi:
Installed: 3.24.0-1build1
Candidate: 3.24.0-1build1
Version table:
*** 3.24.0-1build1 500
500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu artful/universe amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
3) Ideally, sushi should preview a doc, ppt or xls document. Less
ideally, if not capable of viewing those file types, sushi should either
silently not work, or give error message and quit.
4) Instead, system freezes, gnome-shell cpu load goes to 100% and I had
to kill gnome-shell from virtual terminal, upon which I loose all open
windows and also unsaved changes.
** Affects: gnome-sushi (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
