No worries at all, I saw that bug, but I didn't get any "commands not
found" and didn't see any reasons, like "permission" denied.

After three attempts to install the system, two of which "failed to install
grub" and in each attempt the installer crashed out, after the third
process I found I did actually have the file system installed, and after
shutting down and rebooting a previous installation of grub "found" the
Lubuntu install, so I am typing this in the freshly installed Lu 18.04
system . . . generally all seems "well."
