Public bug reported:
Ubiquity should validate layouts which are not supported, instead of
crashing at grub-install time. For example, /boot on LVM on LUKS is not
a supported layout (must be hacked around as documented at
https://askubuntu.com/questions/729673/ubuntu-full-disk-encryption-with-
encrypted-boot), but the only feedback is a crashed installed at grub-
install time.
