This is a known issue with multiple causes, so we need to figure out
which cause you are experiencing.
Please:
1. Run 'apport-collect 1757960' on the machine to provide us with system
info.
2. If you are using a release older than 18.04 then please apply the
workaround from bug 994921.
3. Reproduce the crash.
4. Look in /var/crash for crash files.
5. Run this command:
ubuntu-bug /var/crash/YOURFILE.crash
6. Let us know here the ID of the newly-created bug from step 5.
