It looks like a bug in canonical-livepatch client. The error message

daemon failed: Put http://127.0.0.1/enable?auth-token=<redacted> : dial
unix /var/snap/canonical-livepatch/36/livepatchd-priv.sock: connect: no
such file or directory"
