I get randomly something similar. I'm running a fresh install of Gutsy
on a NC6220 Laptop with all updates applied. I can't really reproduce
it, sometimes X is just restarting out of a sudden. Today i got i twice,
at first while running apt-get and firefox. 20 minutes later while
searching in LP and crawling through the logs with gedit to get this
bug. that really sucks, as you can see in my syslog ;).

I have an Intel 915GM and the "intel" driver running. During today's
crashes Compiz was disabled.

We must get this Bug fixed or we can't work seriously with Gutsy. This
is too unreliable.
