Public bug reported: After upgrading a fresh install of 16.04 to 18.04, my desktop PC now suspends after 20 minutes at the login screen.
This change in default probably comes from this commit: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-settings-daemon/commit/2fdb48fa The behaviour also changed for my user account, but I was able to override that by adjusting the power settings in gnome-control-center. I see no obvious way of overriding the default for the system. ** Affects: gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1759325 Title: PC suspends after 20 minutes at the login screen To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/1759325/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
