Public bug reported:

Whan I first installed it, it installed denyhosts.conf in my
*home directory*,. not in /etc/. I moved it to /etc. denyhosts
had stopped running yesterday. I apt removed it and tried to install
it again, but got the error. I am probably doing something stupid.
