can you run:

killall trackerd
trackerd --reindex


I suspect the sqlite file file-meta.db has become corrupted and is not 
functioning properly

to avoid corruption:

1) never kill -9 it unless you intend to reindex it
2) let it finish indexing before powering down

I will fix this anyhow by doing a full integrity check on the sqlite dbs
at startup and force a reindex if corruption found
