This may have something to do with the vim packages you have install
from a third party package provider.
vim 2:8.0.1542-0york1~16.04 0
vim-common 2:8.0.1542-0york1~16.04 0
vim-runtime 2:8.0.1542-0york1~16.04 1
Please remove these using the tool 'ppa-purge' and then try the upgrade
again.
