:-) It's not that I waited 7 years for someone to solve that issue. I'm
too old remember exactly now, but I think I manually edited the grub
menu to get it too work.

I don't think I can retry now without following the exact same steps
(reformat the disk, install win7, then kubuntu). Sorry, that won't
happen.
