Public bug reported:
I have a quad monitor setup and I'm unable to rearrange the monitor
layout fully. Two of the monitors are 1680x1050 and the other two are
1920x1080. I can rearrange the monitors in their pairs or resolutions
but cannot rearrange between the two pairs.
