"Cannot use CONFIG_STACK_VALIDATION=y, please install libelf-dev,
libelf-devel or elfutils-libelf-devel" is only a warning, it is not
causing the build to fail. We do want CONFIG_STACK_VALIDATION=y.
The real problem is the missing retpoline-extract-one script, which is
tracked on bug 1760876.
