Hello! I don't know the ultracopier codebase so I would require some help in understanding the situation. The "fix access rights destructions for move on the same volume" change doesn't sound like a feature addition/removal, more like a bug-fix. But looking at the change itself [1], there seem to be some new functions added to the plugins/CopyEngine/Ultracopier/TransferThread.h headed - is that a publicly consumable header?
If these are changes that add new functionality and/or change the existing behavior, could you tell us why you think those should be pulled into bionic?
