I understand it's confusing and inconsistent, but 17.10.1 was not a
normal point release and the image names were changed specifically to
avoid the danger of a user thinking they were downloading a fixed image
from somewhere and instead getting one that could break their BIOS.  I
think we should keep the title as-is in order to avoid the greater
confusion about Ubuntu's point release policy.
