Public bug reported:
During the MIR review for libsmi (LP: #1349868), it was requested that
the test suite be run. This still has not happened.
Specifically, dh_auto_test is overridden to not run the tests at all.
If the tests are so badly broken that they cannot be enabled, please add
a comment to debian/rules explaining this.
