Public bug reported:
roboptim-core fails to build from source. It was removed from Debian
Testing in 2015. It suffers from multiple RC bugs in Debian and will be
eventually removed there.

Please remove it from Ubuntu now to allow log4cxx to migrate from
bionic-proposed.
