Same issue here, although the stutter only lasts for a few seconds and then everything seems to go back to normal.
Can also reproduce by starting a YouTube video. Stutters as the video begins and then stabilizes after a few seconds. Same happens when I switch to or from YouTube's full-screen mode. So far the only workaround I've found is to disable hardware acceleration in chrome settings and let the CPU do the work. ** Attachment added: "lspci.txt" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-390/+bug/1755182/+attachment/5106855/+files/lspci.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1755182 Title: Horrendous latency in Chrome To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-390/+bug/1755182/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
