To reproduce:
Start a video playback with VLC
Move the cursor on the video and double click
Video starts playing full screen
Double click again
Video starts playing in window
Now disconnect the USB mouse and then plug it back in
Double clicking on the video no longer works for whatever reason
Restart VLC and everything goes back to normal... unless you disconnect the 
mouse and reconnect it again

What i expect to happen:
Mouse should work the same way regardless the time it was connected.

Possibly useful information:
Cursor doesn't even appear over the video if you off/on the mouse.
Pressing 'F' on the keyboard still functions normally.
