Public bug reported:
kio-extras 4:17.12.3-0ubuntu1 build-depends on libslp-dev, which was
removed from Debian in December 2016. We should also remove it from
Ubuntu, which requires kio-extras to stop build-depending on it.
The kio-extras 4:17.08.3-2 package in Debian unstable presumably has the
fix for this bug.
