Public bug reported:

Any binary from otb (and other packages like monteverdi) crashes at
startup with

$ otbgui
/usr/bin/otbApplicationLauncherQt: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libotbossimplugins-6.4.so.1: undefined symbol:
_ZN16ossimSensorModel12getObsCovMatERK8ossimDptRN6NEWMAT15SymmetricMatrixEd

As per https://www.mail-archive.com/debian-
g...@lists.debian.org/msg03274.html, this is related to packaging issue
with libossim, which was already rebuilt in Debian to fix the issue
(https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=892212)

Please pull the change over to bionic before release, the package is
completely unusable as it is now.

Cheers!
