Hello, it looks like you're trying to install an older version of the
snap DNA analysis tool with the snapd package manager. I do not know how
you got the older version of the snap tool rather than the new version,
2013-11-29-1ubuntu2.16.04.1, which should make it possible to have both
installed at the same time.
In any event, temporarily removing the snap DNA analysis tool should
help you make progress:
sudo apt-get purge snap
Hopefully that will let you make forward progress. Please report back if
you're still stuck.
