Public bug reported:
This seems to occur after gnome-shell says system needs a reboot. So
I'm not sure whether this is actually a nvidia problem at all. It also
has happened when coming back after a lock screen or after a suspension.
But none are repeatable as it is not every time hence my suspicion of
gnome-shell.
