Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. This bug did not have a package associated with it, which
is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper
developers. You can learn more about finding the right package at [WWW]
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. I have classified this
bug as a bug in xfce4-panel.

But we need more info in order to address this issue, so please help us
with this.

You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" [WWW]
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful
if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

We have instructions on debugging some types of problems. [WWW]
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures

At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the
problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).
4. the version you're using (cat /etc/lsb-release )
5. the package version affected (sudo dpkg -l | grep xfce4)
Thanks!

Also please try to make clear the differences between this bug and #158172
