Please can you confirm us which live cd are you using? or is it a previously
installed system ? (cat /etc/lsb-release)
also which version of gparted? (sudo dpkg -l gparted)
which kernel are you using? (uname -a)
This bug probably is kernel related but we need to gather the missing
information for actually work on this
