Same as everyone, #12 for instance. Appears each time I lock. But it hasn't occurred to anyone that this could be some kind of phishing technique? Very often I start typing my password (or half of it) before realizing I have to click to switch to greeter, and in the meantime this screen is getting the input... There might well be some malicious code in one of the recent updates...
