We are facing issue during setting of "Content-Type" while making request in
server side(Openstack pike machine) for Gnocchi Resource-type updation for REST
API calls only. Below are the stack-trace for reference.

Content-type is getting over-ridden(application/json) in OS server side, though
we are sending properly as expected (application/json-patch+json). We end up
seeing "Unsupported Media Type" in the response.
Need solution for this as soon as possible. Gnocchi 3.3.1 version being
used for testing.
