Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz-fusion-plugins-main

This is more of a behavior issue than a showstopping bug or crashing
bug, and this is my first time reporting a bug, so hopefully I help
rather than harm. With that being said:

I'm running Gutsy, which was updated from Feisty using the alternate CD.
I noticed that the ring switcher behaves differently than the standard
application switcher and the shift switcher. Let's say you have 3 or
more windows open, and you press and release the keys for the
application switcher or the shift switcher. If you keep pressing and
releasing the keys, you can still eventually switch through all your
windows. However, (I haven't tested this on other computers or on a
clean install of Gutsy, so it might just be me) if you press and release
the keys for the ring switcher, the windows are "reordered" so you will
only switch back and forth between two windows. Whether this is correct
or not, I do not know (IMHO you should still be able to switch through
all your windows even if you press and release the key bindings rather
than holding down the alt or super or shift key and hitting tab.)
However, I think the behavior between all three switchers should be
consistent.

I hope this helps, but if it's just my problem, then my apologies in
advance.
