The flags PAGE_MAPPING_ANON and/or PAGE_MAPPING_MOVABLE are added to page addresses, and are stripped of before dereferencing. If that R30 value is something like "anon_mapping = (unsigned long)READ_ONCE(page->mapping)" then it will contain those flags. Not sure if that applies to your situation or not.
