Setting the display scale is not preserved after screen lock. Ubuntu 16.04
(after a recent ?Feb 2018?) update.
This looks similar to previously reported bug #1689356.
This is very frustrating and makes it hard to justify using Ubuntu to
family members who just want things to work.
